This service is an onsite inspection of your servers that enables us to educate you by identifying pre-emptive measures that will help prevent unplanned disruptions to the access of your server-based resources and better position you for the complete and timely recovery in the event of an unavoidable disaster.

Why These Areas?
From our experience, we have found that the most common causes of server-related emergencies include hardware and software failure, viruses, spam, water damage, electrical power disturbances and even unintentional and intentional loss/damage to data by employees. Regardless of cause, in the majority of cases we found that the situation could have been avoided or the consequences greatly minimized had companies done a better job addressing one or more of these key areas.
How Long Does It Take?
This will vary depending on the number of servers you have in place, but on average you can expect our experienced technology professional to spend anywhere from 2-3 hours including documenting and reviewing their findings with you. Access to your servers will not be interrupted. All of our work is non-invasive, no software is installed and server re-booting is not required.
